Alex, who usually likes to play it safe, decided it was time to branch out and try the spicy buffalo wrap. Sarah, on the other hand, was eyeing the gourmet burger. The menu had so many bells and whistles, including organic sides and artisan dips, that choosing was harder than it looked. Alex told the cashier he wanted the combo but asked him to hold the onions on the burger. He knew that in a busy spot, it is better to be clear with your order to avoid any mix-ups.
